here. Braiding with five dough "snakes" was a little challenging at the beginning but when you get the hang of it it's pretty easy. You have to be consistent with the thickness of the dough snakes, otherwise you'll get an uneven challahs, like mine. I baked them together and used regular unbleached white flour. I'll translate the recipe to English in my next post. Enjoy.
