Shawarma salad
Very yummy shawarma salad and home made humus for dinner, recipe in Hebrew from here. Next post will be the recipe in English. Notes: I had 9 chicken thighs with no bones or skin so I doubled the amount of the marinade and left it in the refrigerator for a few hours. • I used brown instead of white rice. • Take time with the onion and slice it really thin. • I added cilantro to the mix. • Add the lemon slowly to the rice, make sure it's not too sour. • I didn't add a whole hot pepper, it was too spicy for me. • Over all it was very good, the chicken tasted amazing.
