Apple pancake

Very yummy big apple pancake that reminded me of the one we ate at the flower market in Amsterdam. You can find the recipe here. • Notes: I didn't use so much butter. ; I used water instead of milk. ; I used 3 eggs instead of 4. ; I added maple syrup on top of the pancake and it was very yummy.
