Scarves

My first assignment in Textile and Surface design class was to design a repeat for a squared scarf. We started by carving our own stamps, this is what I came up with. For my first design I hand drew a new bird and leaf (reminds me of the dove and olive branch from Noah's Ark story) and put it in a panel repeat. You can see three different color approaches. Hand drawn, manipulated in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
