My favorite dish

My favorite Thanksgiving dish is the stuffing, this year it was extra delicious with Challah bread, mushrooms, brown rice, herbs from our garden and olive oil instead of butter. All the other dishes were home made too, I used this simple recipe for the turkey, Uri made the cranberries and used a similar recipe (no onion or nuts). My daughter made the mushed potatoes and the brussels sprouts were cooked with garlic and chicken stock.

  2. Wow! That looks so delicious. The way you presented it made me crave for it. Hahaha! I'm sure that everyone will love that, once they get a taste of it. Anyway, I hope you can give us the recipe and the procedures on how to make it. Thanks for sharing that, Anat! All the best to you! :)

    1. Hi Lawrence, thank you so much. Here is the link to the recipe. I used brown rice instead of wild rice. Enjoy. http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/food-network-kitchens/challah-bread-mushroom-stuffing-with-wild-rice-and-raisins-recipe.html
