Meat patties


Originally from Aleppo in Syria. Usually made from ground beef and parsley, I used equal portions of ground beef and minced lamb, a mixture of parsley, cilantro and mint, baharat and cinnamon. The patties came out amazing on half pita bread with purple onion, same greens as I used for the meat mixture, tomatoes and fresh tahini sauce. • You can find the recipe in Hebrew here.
