Pad ka prao is a very simple thai dish consists of three main ingredients, rice, meat and fried egg. I made it for dinner last night following this recipe in Hebrew, but you can find the simple recipe in English over the internet. I used brown instead of white rice and ground chicken. I have to say that the salty flavors of the soy and fish sauce weren't interesting enough for me, I ended up adding some lime juice to the mix. Enjoy.
