Leather bag

I went down town LA to get some leather to make a bag, I ended up getting more than planed (thank you LJ for introducing me to the store and for driving). I like this bag and want to make something similar. I mocked it, the next step is cutting the leather and sewing the bag, but I need to get the right hardware for the handles and pocket first. I debate between one or two pockets, and hand or machine sewing (not sure my machine will be abel to sew the leather). I'll keep you posted.
