Green and pink

Green beans and pickled red onion salad. I got inspired by a friend's recipe, I followed it and added some ingredients to the vinegar mix. Mix 1/4 cup vinegar with 1 tablespoon sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Add the onions and let it stand for 10 minutes. Drizzle some of the vinegar mix over the salad and add some olive oil. Enjoy.
