Falafel

I spoke with my brother the other day and he told me that he's taking the kids to eat falafel for dinner. In an instant I was back in Israel tasting the rich flavors and smelling the fried garbanzo beans, salads, humus, tahini and everything else. I decided to make some by myself, I've found an amazing recipe here and dinner was ready. Just a few notes regarding the recipe, I started soaking the garbanzo beans in the morning instead over night. Also make sure that when you pulse the mixture in the food processor it's pretty fine. I pushed the loose mixture into an ice scream scooper and into the hot oil. We ended up having the falafels in pita bread, I added some home made humus, fresh salad and pickles. Enjoy!
