Chef Evan Funke, formerly of Rustic Canyon, opened a new Italian restaurant named Bucato in Culver City, where Beacon used to be. We went there last night for dinner, they use only fresh from the market ingredients and their pastas and breads are all hand made. The food was great, it's worth a visit.
