Echo Park Craft Fair

I went to Echo Park Craft Fair today. Many makers, beautiful stuff, it's worth a visit.

Holiday Gifts

I got a couple of gifts from my very talented friend Limor. A gorgeous fruit bowl and three tiny metallic bowls, she even painted a unique design on the back. You'll find her amazing work in various shows in LA. I truly love her ceramics, so unique and beautiful.

While running

Marks on the sidewalk, had to stop and take a picture, I love the color combo and the shape.

Paper Marbling

I took an amazing marbling class with Barb Skoog at the Book Arts LA. Barb is an amazing artist with a lot of knowledge and patients for beginners. You can find some info about Barb here and her great classes here.

Run & Dye

A couple of things that keep me busy these days (other than the usual) are running and dyeing. It was a beautiful day today, I had to stop running and take a a photo of this colorful tree and the blue sky above. First and second photos are of different mixed dyes recorded and shibori raw silk I dyed the other day.
