We got a pasta machine and couldn't wait to start playing. I followed this easy and quick recipe for the pasta. We made two different fillings, (1) kabocha squash, roasted garlic and sage and (2) ricotta, basil and spinach. It was a pretty amazing dinner. I got the idea for the kabocha squash filling from here, but I didn't add any cheese or nuts. We added some cinnamon and the roasted sage leaves. Enjoy.
