A new water color inspired by my latest class named COMET. Water colors, gouache and working with my tablet in Illustrator directly on the painting. Pretty fun experience.
I went to a water color workshop over the weekend by Satsuki Shibuya in the Line Hotel in Korea Town. It was a very interesting experience. This is my loose interpretation of the class.
I made halva ice-cream from scratch for dessert, I served it on top of berry clafoutis, it was one of the best desserts I've eaten. I used Yotam Ottolenghi's recipe Halva ice cream with chocolate sauce and salted peanuts. I usually don't like very sweet desserts, but when tasting the ice cream I had to add a few ingredients to reach my high expectations. I doubled the amount of halva and added 2 1/2 tsp of honey.
